Rates & Payments
Rates, by season, are shown on the schedule above. Where a stay may bridge multiple seasons, the rate would be calculated by blending the daily rate for each season.
A 50% deposit, $250 security deposit and signed contract are due within 10 days of the reservation confirmation. The balance is due 90 days prior to stay. Payments can be made by check in either US dollars or Mexican pesos.
Cancellations & Refunds
Holiday and High Seasons
A full refund (less a US$250 processing fee) will be given when notified at least 90 days in advance.
Low Season
A full refund (less a US$250 processing fee) will be given when notified at least 60 days in advance.
The security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation.
